CCK » Conflict Resolution

From time to time conflict arises in congregations. Congregations are no different than any other institution in that regard. Most of the time congregations are more than capable of resolving the conflicts that arise on their own. Every once in a while the conflict requires outside assistance. Your CCK Staff is equipped to come alongside congregations when those situations occur that take a congregation beyond its normal conflict resolving capacities.

To engage a CCK Staff member to assist in resolving conflict in your congregation requires an invitation from the congregation’s Board Chair (or equivalent), Pastor, or Chair of the Elders. From that conversation a decision will be made as how best to proceed.

CCK Overview

We are 30,000 committed followers of Jesus who worship and witness in 240 local congregations. We are outdoor ministries in two locations, retreats, conferences, workshops and mission trips for women, men, young adults, youth and children. We are the hands that bless, serve, break bread, and offer welcome and hospitality. We are nearly 500 ordained, commissioned and licensed ministers serving in a variety of vital ministries. We are the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) In Kentucky, "a movement for wholeness in a fragmented world."
